Suppression & Compliance
This page describes how the platform handles compliance data. It is not legal advice. Lead generation is regulated and the rules vary by jurisdiction and vertical — take your own counsel.
Consent capture
Where TCPA consent applies, submit with each lead:
- The consent text exactly as shown to the consumer
- The timestamp consent was given
- The IP address it was given from
- The source URL where it was collected
These are stored against the lead and retrievable later. If a submission is disputed, this record is the evidence.
Duplicate suppression
Duplicates are detected by fingerprint, with windows configured per contract — separately for phone and email. A lead inside a buyer's duplicate window is not delivered to that buyer, and is not billed.
Suppression is scoped: a lead can be a duplicate for one buyer and new to another.
Quality signals
Several signals are evaluated before distribution:
- Bot detection — honeypot and submission-timing guards at intake
- Disposable email — known throwaway domains flagged
- Proxy and VPN — connection signals on the submitting IP
- Fraud scoring — configurable rules producing a score and level
Flagged leads can be blocked or routed differently depending on configuration.
Retention
Lead data is retained for as long as needed to support billing, dispute resolution, and compliance obligations. Specific retention periods are in your agreement.
